1. UPCOMING PERFORMANCES
Tickets are now on sale for our extensive tour of
"Cinderella's
Christmas" in December. The show will be performed
at Rhode
Island College on Sunday, December 9th, at the
Chevrolet
Theatre in Wallingford, CT on Sunday, December 16th,
and at
the Stadium Theatre in Woonsocket, RI on Saturday,
December

December is also the time for our annual winter
performance at
Scottish Rites Auditorium! This year's show, "Little
Red
Ridinghood's Christmas," will be performed on
Thursday,
December 13th. Unfortunately, this show is sold out.
There are
still tickets available for the May performance at
Scottish
Rites, which will be of "Snow White" on May 15,
2008. Call

show will
also sell out!

2. SAVE THE DATE!
As part of our ongoing 30th Anniversary celebration,
Kaleidoscope Theatre will be holding a Spring

June 12, 2008 at the Roger Williams Park Casino.

4. CHRISTMAS AT HOMESTEAD GARDENS
Every weekend in December, Homestead Gardens in
North
Smithfield, RI will host an amazing Winter
Wonderland. Come
explore the beautifully decorated grounds and
purchase hand-
crafted gifts at the General Store. The Homestead
Barn will be
home to Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Santa's toy workshop.
For only
$5, children (adults are free) can tour the
workshop, meet
Santa, make a holiday ornament, and even have cider
and
cookies with Mrs. Claus! Santa's workshop will be
open Fridays
from 5-8pm, Saturdays from 4-8pm, and Sundays from
2-6pm,
through December 23rd. For more information about

5. SUPPORTING OUR MEMBERS!
A. Mill River Dinner Theatre will be performing
"A
Rented Christmas" every Thursday through Sunday
until
December 22nd. For more information, call (401)

show features Kaleidoscopians Cameron Marcotte,
Phoebe
Perelman, and Hannah Schott.
B. Jonathan Safford (this summer's Narrator in
"Goldilocks") and Ryan Hanley (this summer's
Huntsman in
"Snow White" and a frequent dinner theatre
performer) have
been cast in "It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio
Play" with
RI Stage Ensemble at the Columbus Theater. In the
show,
Ryan will play the announcer and Jonathan will be
doing 8
different voices! The show will run Dec 7th-9th and
14th-16th.

C. Encore's production of "A Christmas Carol"
will
feature the directing talents of Eric Desnoyers (the
Huntsman in "Little Red") and the acting talents of
Amanda Genovesi (Anya in "The Frog Prince).
Performance
dates are Friday through Sunday, November 30th
through
December 9th with a special Monday morning
performance
December 3rd at 10am. Tickets are $18.
D. Siara Padilla (seen in Kaleidoscope
productions of
"The Three Pigs", "Snow White", and "BULLY") will be
performing as Leslie in "Bridge to Terabithia" at
the
Providence Public Library (150 Empire St., 3rd floor
Auditorium) on December 8 at 1pm and 3pm. Admission
is free!
E. Sam Hood, an active participant in our
school-touring program, will be featured as Rooster
in the
All Children's Theatre production of "Annie, Jr."
This show
will be performed December 8th, 9th, 15th, and 16th.
Tickets
are $12 and can be purchased by calling
401-728-1222.
F. Classical High School will present "Twice
Upon a
Time", featuring Kaleidoscopian stage manager
Christine
Redihan and performer Ben Craven (as the Wizard and
Woodsman). Shows will be January 11th and 12th at
7:00pm.
Tickets are $5 beforehand and $7 at the door.
