Hello everybody! Welcome to this month's
KaleidoscopeTheatre online newsletter! Our
2007 Summer Series was a marvelous success
and we are looking forward to the fall
season – especially for our 30th Anniversary
Celebration and the extensive tour of
Cinderella's Christmas!

1. PARTY UPDATE
By now, many of you may have received an
invitation to our 30th anniversary party on
October 27th! If you haven't and you've
worked for us in the past, please check out
the
party page on our brand new website at

Once at the website, fill out a sign up form
and mail it (and your check) to Kaleidoscope
Theatre (65 Freedom Dr. Cranston, RI 02920)
to reserve your spot at the party!
Don't be left out, everyone must RSVP by the
end of September!
Please let other members know about the
party... trying to track down 30 years of
kaleidoscopians is quite the daunting task!
We don't have current addresses and phone
numbers for many of our former members and
we want to make sure everyone who wants to
come can do so! Spread the word!

2. $100-OFF COUPON REMINDER
At this time, we'd like to remind all of our
summer patrons that the time is here to use
your $100 off coupons!
These coupons are good for $100 off any of
our school touring productions. Simply give
the coupon to your child's principal or PTO
president and they can book a show for the
2007-08 school year for a $100 discount!
While the coupon is good for the entire
school year, show dates must be reserved by
October 15th. So call now!

3. UPCOMING PERFORMANCES
On October 14th, Kaleidoscope will be
performing "Cinderella" at Westborough High
School in Westborough,MA. The show is at
2:00pm and is open to the public.
Tickets are now on sale for $8.00 and can be
purchased by calling Jackie Semalis at (508)
756-6519.
We hope to see you there!
Also in October, we hope to continue our
fairytale series at the Melrose Memorial
Hall in Melrose, MA. Shows on the docket
include: "Snow White", "Alice in
Wonderland", and
"Cinderella's Christmas". Please stay tuned
for more information!
"Cinderella's Christmas" will also be
touring extensively in December. The show
will be performed at Rhode Island College on
Sunday, December 9th, at the Chevrolet
Theatre
in Wallingford, CT on Saturday, December
15th, and at the Stadium Theatre in
Woonsocket on December 21st and 22nd.
December is also the time for our annual
winter performance at Scottish Rites
Auditorium! This year's show is "Little Red
Ridinghood's Christmas," which will be
performed on
Thursday, December 13th. (Please note this
is a date change.) The show will begin at
10:00am. Any teachers,parents, or principals
who are looking to book a field trip for
their child's class, please contact our
Managing Director, Bob Zannini, at (401)

4. UPCOMING FLEA MARKETS
Our affiliate, The Homestead Group (THG)
will be hosting two more flea markets this
fall on September 15th and October 20th from
8:00am to 2:00pm. For more information or to

5. SUPPORTING OUR MEMBERS!
A. Lee Rush (who has played many roles
for us, including Rosina in "Dial M for
Matrimony" and Disgustia in "Cinderella")
will be directing Mill River's production of
"The Mousetrap" from September 14 through

B. Bob Macaux (this summer's Henry in
"The Frog Prince") will be performing
"Intermittence" once more with the Black Box
Theater at the Artist Exchange in Cranston,
RI. The play runs October 11-13 and 18-20 at
7pm and on the 14th and 21st

C. Numerous Kaleidoscopians, including:
Kathrine Barnes, Greg Bonin, Joe Catanzaro,
Brooke Friday, Mikey Iemma, Daniel Larson,
Emily Luther, Ariana Pacheco, Hannah
Schott,Aliya Thaler, and Sari Thaler and
will be featured in RISE on Broadway's
upcoming production of "The Sound of Music"
on October 12-14 and 19-21 at the Columbus
Theatre. For moreinformation, check out

D. Megan Gonsalves, Ryan Hanley and
Meredyth Waterman will be playing Chiffon,
the Dentist and Audrey respectively in the
Theatre Works production of "Little Shop of
Horrors". The show will be performed on
October 19, 20, 21, 27, and 28. For more

E. Kevin Broccoli, Jen Drummond, Justin
Robinson,and Bill Whitehead will be
performing in "La Cage aux Folles" with The
Community Players on November 16-18,
23-25, November 30-December 2, 2007. To
