1. UPCOMING PERFORMANCES
Tickets are now on sale for our extensive
tour of
"Cinderella's Christmas" in December. The
show will be
performed at Rhode Island College on Sunday,
December 9th,
at the Chevrolet Theatre in Wallingford, CT
on Sunday,
December 16th, and at the Stadium Theatre in
Woonsocket
on Saturday, December 22nd.
December is also the time for our annual
winter performance
at Scottish Rites Auditorium! This year's
show is "Little Red
Ridinghood's Christmas," which will be
performed on Thursday,
December 13th. Unfortunately, the 10:00am
show is sold out.
If you are a teacher, parent, or principal
looking to book
a field trip for your child's class, please
inquire about a
second afternoon performance. Contact

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank

Kaleidoscopians who attended our recent 30th
Anniversary
Extravanganza! The event was a spectacular
success and was
made possible not only by the hard working
planning
committee, but also by the attendance of
over 100
Kaleidoscopians! Commemorative t-shirts,

auditioned for Kaleidoscope last Saturday.
The turn out was
amazing and we met a lot of talented
performers! We will be

5. CHRISTMAS AT HOMESTEAD GARDENS
Starting Friday, November 23rd, Homestead
Gardens, in
North Smithfield RI, will be transformed
into a Christmas
Wonderland.
Come explore the beautifully decorated
grounds
and purchase handcrafted gifts at the
General Store. The
Homestead Barn will be home to Santa, Mrs.
Claus, and
Santa's toy workshop. For only $5, children
(adults are
free) can tour the workshop, meet Santa,
make a holiday
ornament, and even have cider and cookies
with Mrs. Claus!
Santa's workshop will be open Fridays from
5-8pm, Saturdays
from 4-8pm, and Sundays from 2-6pm, November
23rd through
December 23rd. Kaleidoscope Princesses will
be on hand to
read stories and take pictures with the
children. A more

posted on our

6. SUPPORTING OUR MEMBERS!
A. Devin Carreiro (this summer's 7 of
Hearts in Alice in
Wonderland) will be participating in her
school's cabaret,
'Back to Broadway' at LaSalle Academy on
November 8th,
9th, and 10th. Check out the following link

B. Graham Duff (this summer's Prince in
Cinderella, White
Rabbit/March Hare in Alice in Wonderland,
and Big Bad Wolf in
Little Red Ridinghood) will be playing the
role of Ottavio in
the comic farce "Scapino!" at Bishop
Hendricken High School!
Performances will be November 9th and 10th
at 7pm and November
11th at 2pm. An order form for tickets,
which are $10, can be

C. Kevin Broccoli, Jen Drummond, Justin
Robinson,
and Bill Whitehead will be performing in "La
Cage aux
Folles" with The Community Players on
November 16-18,
23-25, November 30-December 2, 2007. To

D. Cranston High School West will be
sponsoring a
production of "Oklahoma!" featuring
Kaleidoscopians Brendan
Macera as Curly MacLaine, Alex Whitney as
Will Parker, and
Jessica Sepe as the Assistant
choreographer/featured dancer.
The show will be performed November 30 and
December 1st at
7:30pm and December 2nd at 2:00pm. All
tickets are $10.
E. Jonathan Safford (this summer's
Narrator in
"Goldilocks") has been cast in "It's a
Wonderful Life: A
Live Radio Play" with RI Stage Ensemble at
the Columbus
Theater. During the show, he will be doing 8
different
voices! The show will run Dec 7- 9 and
14-16. For more

F. Encore's production of "A Christmas
Carol" will
feature the directing talents of Eric
Desnoyers (the
Huntsman in "Little Red") and the acting
talents of
Amanda Genovesi (Anya in "The Frog Prince).
Performance
dates are Friday through Sunday, November
30th through
December 9th with a special Monday morning
performance
December 3rd at 10am. Tickets are $18.
