1. LITTLE RED AT THE R.I. HOME SHOW!

For Rhode Island fans, “Little Red” will be performed locally this Sunday at the RI Home Show! Performances will be at 12:00pm and 3:00pm. Also, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, both Cinderella and Snow White will be appearing on the event floor!

The hours of the event on Sunday are 10am-6pm and children under 12 are free! Check out the RI Home Show website for more information! http://ribahomeshow.com/events/fun-for-kids/

2. THE SAUGUS FAIRYTALE SERIES

Since December, Kaleidoscope Theatre has been performing one fairytale a month at the Saugus Senior Center in Saugus, MA. The Senior Center provides a nice intimate setting for some of our favorite shows and we hope you can join us for the next performance! Here are the shows coming up next!

April 19th - “Goldilocks & the Three Bears”
May 10th - “The Frog Prince”
June 21st - “Sleeping Beauty”

Showtime at the Senior Center is 2:00pm and the $12 ticket price includes an ice cream! For more information about the series, please call 1-781-230-EXPO.

3. RETURNING TO NEW JERSEY IN APRIL

After our recent successful performances of “Little Red”, Kaleidoscope Theatre will be returning to the Kelsey Theatre in West Windsor, NJ this April! We will be bringing our fan-favorite production of “The Frog Prince” to the beautiful Mercer County Community College on April 24th and 25th.

Shows on the 24th will be at 9:45am and 11:15am, while shows on the 25th will be at 2:00pm and 4:00pm. To purchase tickets, please call the Kelsey Theatre Box Office at (609) 570-3333!

5. SUPPORTING OUR MEMBERS

We have a lot of Kaleidoscopians out working in the community -If you have a chance, we hope you can support them in their endeavors!

A. FINAL WEEKEND! James Lambert (Hank/Jake in "BULLY") can be seen in the Courthouse Center for the Arts production of “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels” (a Rhode Island Premiere) running March 13 to March 28. Please call (401) 782-1018 for ticket information.

B. OPENING! This weekend begins RISE on Broadway’sproduction of “West Side Story.” The show runs through April 5. This production features numerous Kaleidoscopians, including: Mike Ferron, Sam Hood, Cameron Marcotte, Aliya Thaler and Chatel Venkataram. www.ristage.org/

C. Sandy Cerel (Mrs. Johnson in "BULLY") is directing “Over the River” at the Newport Playhouse. The show runs from March 13 to April 9. For more information, go to Newportplayhouse.com. Then, Sandy is directing and playing the role of Mrs. Baker in “Butterflies Are Free” also at the Newport Playhouse, which runs April 16-May 24.

D. Sandy is also active at other community theatres. In June, she will be directing the Community Players production of “Moonlight and Magnolias”. For details, check out the group’s webpage at www.thecommunityplayers.org

E. Sarah Pothier (Princess Cassandra in “The Frog Prince”) will be playing the role of Mrs. Lovett in East Providence High School’s production of “Sweeney Todd.” The show runs April 2-4.

F. Beth Silvia (Mama Bear in this April’s production of “Goldilocks”) will be playing the role of the Princess Puffer
in “The Mystery of Edwin Drood.” This show is running at Bradley Playhouse in Putnam CT now through April 5.

G. Keep in mind that Siara Padilla (Ralph in “The Three Pigs”) is still on tour as Tessie in “Annie!” The show is currently in Texas but will be coming to Rhode Island in May!

G. Gina Wesley (Fairy Godmother in “Cinderella”) along with her band DreamCatcher, will be the opening act on the Main Stage of the 29th Annual Heritage Festival on July 18th!
